摘要
为了能够提取物体的表面特征,获取其立体特征信息,提出了基于结构光的物体表面孔特征提取方法。首先在介绍结构光技术的基础上提出了基于结构光技术的特征提取策略,具体为采用了点云分类的方法进行表面孔缺陷数量的统计和采用同一平面内两点距离最远点数值来表示孔径,之后对其进行了硬件系统选型及基于MATLAB的软件系统设计,最后在实验室条件下对一木板表面的孔缺陷进行了检测,用于该系统的验证。实验结果表明,所设计的系统能够实现表面特征的获取,并能够以数据的形式显示,且该方法的测量误差可以控制在4%以内。
In order to detect the surface hole characteristic of the parts and obtain the 3-dimensional characteristic information,the surface characteristic detection system is proposed based on structured light technology. Firstly,the measurement system based on structured light technology is presented following the introduction of structured light technology. And the strategy is the number of surface holes is simulated by point cloud classification and the hole diameter is calculated by the maximum value of two points in the same plane. Then the hardware system selection and software system design was realized based on MATLAB software. Finally,the system was applied to decte the wood surface character under the laboratory condition. The experimental results showthat the designed system can acquire the 3 D data of the wood surface and can showthe data in the picture when the measurement error can be controlled within 4%.
