基于双面啮合测量的齿轮误差分析方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 轴系齿轮齿形偏差检测是变速箱装配过程的重要环节之一。文章基于双面啮合同步测量技术,对使用同类型齿轮检测齿轮齿形偏差的测量方法进行研究。使用快速傅立叶变换将齿轮整体误差曲线在时-频域中进行转换并对其进行分析处理。从中提取径向综合总误差、单齿径向综合误差、径向跳动误差、跨球距等齿轮单项偏差,并设计试验台对测量方法进行实验验证。研究结果对快速获得齿轮单项偏差、提高变速箱生产的自动化与智能化具有理论与实用价值。 The measurement of the gear profile deviation of gear shafts is an important step of transmission assembly. Based on double-flank simultaneous measuring technique,the method of using ordinary measuring gear to measure the profile deviation of gear shafts is studied. Transform the gear integrated error curves between time and frequency domain with using FFT and analyze it. Separate the total radial composite error of measured gears,the radial composite error,radial run-out error and the dimension over two balls in same plane of one gear from the gear integrated error curves. And the method is verified by experimental data. The research results can be used to obtain single deviation of gears. It also can improve the automation and intelligence of transmission production.
