摘要
在零件产品的设计阶段,面对若干的加工工艺路线,需要选择最优的加工路线作为实际加工的工艺路线。在对加工工艺路线进行选择之前,需要对加工工件的若干加工工艺进行有效的评价,依据评价得分作为加工工艺选择的依据。基于灰色关联分析的方法,利用加工零件的质量、时间、成本、资源消耗和绿色度作为灰色关联序列,构造出加工工艺评价的灰色关联分析模型。最后利用层次分析法对灰色关联分序列的得分进行整合得到最终的加工工艺得分。并结合一个零件加工工艺评价与选择的实例,验证该方法的可行性。
In the design phase of part products,in the face of a number of processing routes,it is necessary to choose the optimal processing route as the actual processing route. Before selecting the processing route,it is necessary to evaluate the processing technology of the workpiece,which is the basis of the selection of the machining process. Based on the grey relational analysis method,the grey relational analysis model of machining process evaluation is constructed by using the quality,time,cost,resource consumption and green degree of the processing part as the grey relational sequence. Finally,the score of grey correlation sequence is integrated by the analytic hierarchy process( AHP),and the final processing score is obtained. The feasibility of the method is verified by an example of the selection of a part machining process.
