Based on the finite element analysis and the S-N curve, the strength and fatigue analysis of a crew blades in the screw feeder used for carbon black conveying is performed. According to the calculation results, the thickness of the screw feeder blades is optimized to ensure the reliability of the screw feeder in practical engineering applications.
