丝绸之路经济带研究亟待破解的三大命题

The Silk Road Economic Belt Research needs to be solved in three propositions

丝绸之路经济带建设不应当过分强调起点问题,而是应当将中国作为一个整体,实现全方位对外开放,并促进国际合作。这是其一。其二,今天的"丝绸"、之"路""经济带"亦非古代的丝绸之路,因而应当用全新的思维来审视之。其三,城市(镇)群作为区域经济的支点,理应成为丝绸之路经济带建设的支柱。其四,应当强化对草原丝绸之路和西南地区通往的丝绸之路命题的研究。

The Silk Road Economic Belt Construction should not place too much emphasis on the starting point,but should regard China as a whole. Open to the outside world in all directions and promote international cooperation. This is one of them. Second,todayundefineds silk,the road,the economic belt is not the ancient Silk Road,so we should examine it with new thinking. Thirdly,as the fulcrum of regional economy,urban（town） group should be the pillar of Silk Road economic belt construction. Fourth,we should strengthen the study of the Silk Road in the grassland and the Silk Road leading to Southwest China.
