国外远程开放教育精准化学生支持服务的启示——基于阿萨巴斯卡大学的研究

在广播电视大学向开放大学转型的关键重要时期,进一步学习和加强对学生的支持服务,为他们提供"有支持的自主学习"需要我们去认真设计和考虑。文章对阿萨巴斯卡大学精准化的学生支持服务进行了介绍和借鉴。结合国内远程开放教育中学生支持服务的实际情况,分析国内远程开放教育中对学生的精准化支持服务应具有的内容和发展规律,为今后更好地做好学生支持服务提供有益而合理化的建议和新的思路。

In the critical period of the transition from Radio and TV University to Open University, it is necessary for us to design and consider how to further study and strengthen the support services for students and provide them with ＂autonomous learning with support＂. This paper introduces and draws lessons from the accurate student support service of Athabasca University. Based on the actual situation of the support service for the students in the distance and open education in China, this paper analyzes the content and development law of the accurate support service for the students in the distance and open education in China, to provide useful and reasonable suggestions and new ideas for the future better student support services in future.
