高校思政课教学中坚持德治与法治一体同行——以《基础》课为例

德治与法治相结合是中国特色社会主义道路的鲜明特征,这不仅是共同调整社会生活的需求,更是维护市场经济健康发展的需求。社会治理中德治与法治的融合是提高公民道德素质与法律素养的最佳方式,也是治理社会最有效方式,但目前我国在德治教育与法治教育一体同行中还存在德治教育重视不够;法治实践匮乏;德治教育与法治教育缺乏内在统一性等问题。因此,高校在思政课教学中要坚持德治与法治一体同行的有效原则,建立高校德治与法治一体同行的规章制度;制定德治教育与法治教育一体同行的教学要求;规划德治教育与法治教育一体同行的实践活动,真正使德治教育与法治教育在高校思政课教学中得到一体同行。
