摘要
为了探讨高校教师的工作压力与主观幸福感之间的关系以及心理资本在二者之间的中介作用,采用大学教师工作压力量表、生活满意度量表、积极消极情绪量表和心理资本问卷对182名高校教师进行问卷调查。结果显示:高校教师工作压力与主观幸福感间存在显著的负相关关系;心理资本与主观幸福感间存在显著的正相关关系;心理资本在工作压力与主观幸福感之间起到中介作用。因此,发展心理资本有助于缓解高校教师工作压力及其影响。
In order to explore the relationship between work stress and subjective well-being of university teachers and the mediating role of psychological capital between the two, the work stress scale, life satisfaction scale, positive and negative emotion scale and psychological capital questionnaire were used to investigate 182 college teachers. The results show: there is a significant negative correlation between work stress and subjective well-being; there is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and subjective well-being; psychological capital plays an intermediary role between work stress and subjective well-being. Therefore, the development of psychological capital is helpful to ease the work pressure of university teachers and its influence.
