摘要
我国高等院校酒店管理专业人才培养没有解决业界的人才需求困境。酒店管理专业本科学生对本专业的认同度普遍不高,毕业后在酒店就业的比例偏低。文章对影响酒店管理专业本科学生专业认同的因素进行分析,发现,学生自身与专业的契合度、专业的教学质量、专业的社会评价对酒店管理专业本科学生专业认同具有显著影响。鉴于此,文章提出有针对性的策略以提高学生专业认同,充分发挥高等教育的价值和功能。
The training of hotel management professionals in colleges and universities in China has not solved the dilemma of talent demand in the induswy. The recognition degree of undergraduate students in hotel management is generally not high, and the proportion of employment in hotel after graduation is low. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in hotel management, and the results show: The fit between students themselves and the specialty, the teaching quality of the specialty, and the social evaluation of the specialty have significant influence on the professional identity of the undergraduate students majoring in hotel management. In view of this, the paper puts forward targeted strategies to improve students' professional identity, so as to give full play to the value and function of higher education.
