摘要
针对应用型本科人才的整体弹性不足问题,结合产业发展现状和社会对应用型人才的需求,提出人才弹性力培养的改革思路,分析阐述了人才弹性力的内涵,探讨了人才弹性力的能力要素构成,并针对要素特征开展人才弹性力培养的策略研究,提出五大能力的人才培养策略,旨在提高应用型本科人才的核心竞争力、应对市场变化能力和可持续发展能力。
In view of the shortage of elasticity of applied undergraduate talents as a whole, based on the present situation of industrial development and the demand of society for applied talents, this paper puts forward the reform ideas of cultivating the elastic force of talents, and analyzes and expounds the connotation of the elastic force of talents. The paper also probes into the composition of the ability elements of the talent elastic force, and according to the characteristics of the factors, carries out the strategy research of the cultivation of the talent elastic force, and puts forward some strategies for the cultivation of the five abilities. The purpose of this paper is to improve the core competitiveness, the ability to cope with market changes and the ability of sustainable development of applied undergraduate talents.
