论柔性管理在学生思想政治教育中的应用

Taking the ideological and political education of college students as the research object, this paper explores the current situation of ideological and political education of college students by summarizing the essence and characteristics of flexible management. On the basis of analyzing the application value of introducing flexible management into college students＇ ideological and political education, the paper discusses the path of college students＇ ideological and political education under flexible management in detail. With the help of the following research and discussion, I hope to promote the overall level of ideological and political education of college students in today＇s colleges and universities.
