医学院校临床实践教学的现状与对策分析

The Present Situation and Countermeasure Analysis of Clinical Practice Teaching in Medical Colleges

培养高起点、高水平、潜力大的高级临床医学人才是医学院校的重要人才培养目标。临床教学是实现人才培养目标的一个非常重要的环节,临床实习是每个医学生必经的学习阶段,作为临床经验匮乏的初学者,临床实践教学的质量直接影响到医学生的培养质量。临床实习生没有临床经验,在参与工作中小的差错即可造成重大事故,当前我国医学生临床实践由于受到诸多因素的影响,导致临床实习质量下降,存在较多问题。鉴于此,笔者在查阅万方、知网、维普等国内知名期刊收录网站的基础上,结合我校医学生临床实践教学的实际情况,对当前医学院校临床实践教学现状进行分析,并从多方面提出针对性的意见,以期为医学院校临床教学质量的提高提供参考。

Cultivating advanced clinical talents with high starting point, high level and great potential is an important talent training goal in medical colleges and universities. Clinical teaching is a very important part in achieving the goal of personnel training. Clinical internship is a necessary learning stage for every medical student. As a beginner who lacks clinical experience, the quality of clinical practice teaching directly affects the quality of medical students. Clinical interns do not have clinical experience. Small mistakes in participating in the work can cause major accidents. At present, the clinical practice of medical students in our country is affected by many factors, resulting in a decline in the quality of clinical practice. There are many problems. In view of this, the author analyzes the current situation of clinical practice teaching in medical colleges and universities based on the actual conditions of clinical practice teaching of medical students in our colleges and universities, referring to websites included in Wanfang, HowNet, Weipu and other well-known domestic journals. Put forward specific opinions in order to provide reference for the improvement of clinical teaching quality in medical colleges.
