摘要
在分析新疆中医人才培养模式现状的基础上,提出了新疆中医人才培养模式框架,从人才培养的定位、课程建设、教学方法的建设、师资队伍的建设、实践教学的建设、人才培养质量的评价体系等方面入手,为构建具有新疆特色的中医人才培养模式提供了方向和理论支持。
On the basis of analyzing the condition of talent cultivating mode for TCM in Xinjiang, talent cultivating mode of TCM in Xinjiang is put forward. With discussion on some aspects such as position of talent cultivating, course construct, teaching methods construct, teaching team construct, practical teaching construct, and quality evaluation system of talent cultivating. To offer the direction and theoretical support for building characteristic talent cultivating mode of TCM in Xinjiang.
