Communication and communication skills between doctors and patients are important contents of the training of residents, and the cultivating of doctor-patient communication and communication skills should be strengthened in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper elaborates the importance of pediatric residency doctor-patient communication ability training, discusses the possible problelns and causes of the new residents＇ connnunication skills, and puts forward effective measures to improve the pediatric residency doctor-patient communication ability.
