“脑为元神之府”对深层心理学的贡献

Contributions of "The Brain Housing Yuanshen" on Depth Psychology

李时珍"脑为元神之府"学说的学术意义可分为三个方面:第一,明确提出"元神"的概念,拓展了中医学关于"神"的认识,揭示了人的神包含先天元神与后天识神两个领域。第二,"脑为元神之府"是中医和道家养生的纲领,养生之要在于调神,所谓调神就是排除识神的过度干扰,使元神的活动得以恢复。第三,元神这一概念的提出,说明中国学者最早认识现代心理学所说的"无意识"的存在,比弗洛伊德的学说早七百余年,是对心理学、特别是深层心理学的重要贡献。

There are three meanings of the swing ＂ the brine housing Yuanshen＂ of Li Shizhen. Firstly, the concept of Yuanshen enlarged the domain of Shen in TCM revealing the Shen can be divided into Yuanshen and Shishen. Secondly, ＂ the brine housing Yuanshen＂ is the capital principal in health care of Taoism and TCM which aimed at cahning Shishen and recovering Yuanshen. Thirdly, the concept of Yuanshen revealed the category of unconsciousness in psychology 700 years earlier than Sigmund Freud. It has made great contribution to both TCM and Psychology.
