吴伟温阳活血利水法治疗心力衰竭经验初探

Discussion on the Experience of Professor Wu Wei in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Tonifying Qi and Warming Yang for Activating Blood and Diuresis Method

吴伟是广东省名中医,广东省高等学校教学名师。吴伟对心血管疾病的认识有许多独到的见解,心力衰竭就是其擅长治疗的病种之一。其师从国医大师邓铁涛教授、广东省名老中医黄衍寿教授,并结合自己多年临床经验,以阴阳为纲,将慢性心力衰竭简化为两类证候,其一为气阴虚血瘀水停,其二为气阳虚血瘀水停。心气(阳)虚是慢性心力衰竭发生发展的病理关键,常用益气温阳活血利水法治疗,基本方剂为《伤寒论》中的真武汤合五苓散加减。本文通过一个临床典型案例加以说明。

Professor Wu has many unique views on the understanding of cardiovascular disease, and heart failure is one of the diseases that he is very good at. Professor Wu is learning from the Country Master of TCM, Professor Deng Tietao, another famous TCM physician of Guangdong Province-Professor Huang Yanshou.He combined with his many years of clinical experience, taking Yin and Yang as the outline, simplified the chronic heart failure into two kinds of syndromes, one is qi yin deficiency, blood stasis and water stop, the second is qi yang deficiency, blood stasis and water stop. Qi （yang） deficiency is the key pathological oeemTenee and development of chronic heart failure, treatment methods are： tonifying qi, warnling yang, activating blood and diuresis, basic prescription is Zhenwu decoction combined with modified Wuling powder which are COllie fronl Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
