抗衰调经汤治疗卵巢早衰性月经过少40例

Kangshuai Tiaojing Decoction in Treating Hypomenorrhea of Premature Ovarian Failure for 40 Cases

目的研究卵巢早衰性月经过少应用抗衰调经汤治疗的临床疗效。方法从2015年3月—2017年4月于我院接受治疗的卵巢早衰性月经过少患者中随机选取79例作为本次调查研究的对象,并依据治疗方法差异分为参照组39例与观察组40例。参照组予以西医人工周期治疗,观察组同时加用抗衰调经汤治疗。对2组的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的FSH、E2、LH等激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、窦卵泡数以及卵巢体积恢复情况均优于参照组,且各项指标值差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢早衰性月经过少患者应用抗衰调经汤治疗的疗效更优,更具推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Kangshuai Tiaojing decoction in treating hypomenorrhea of premature ovarian failure. Methods During March 2015 and April 2017, 79 patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly selected as the objects of this investigation. According to the difference of treatment, they were divided into control group of 39 cases and observation group of 40 cases. The control group used Western medicine artificial cycle therapy, while the observation group was also givenKangshuai Tiaojing decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels of FSH, E2 and LH and endometrial thickness, the number of ovarian follicles and the volume of ovarian volume in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the difference in each index was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion The curative effect of Kangshuai Tiaojing decoction in treating hypomenorrhea of premature ovarian failure has better effect, in the treatment of the patients with too little better and more promotion value.
