逍遥散加生物反馈对慢性功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Biofeedback on Chronic Functional Constipation with Anxiety-depression

目的观察逍遥散加生物反馈对慢性功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁患者的疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月承德医学院附属医院肛肠科门诊就诊的慢性功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁患者90例,随机分为观察组(口服逍遥散+生物反馈治疗)与对照组(口服黛力新+生物反馈治疗),观察2组治疗后的排便情况和焦虑抑郁改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组的排便改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组焦虑抑郁的改善情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加生物反馈治疗慢性功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁患者效果满意,能够有效缓解患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoyao powder and biofeedback on chronic functional constipation with anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 90 chronic functional constipation patients with anxiety and depression attending the anorectal clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from Janual7 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group （oral Xiaoyao powder and biofeedback treatment） and the control group （oral administration of Deanxit and biofeedback treatment） . The defecation situation and the improvement of anxiety and depression after treatinent in both groups were observed.Results After treatinent, the defecation improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈 0.05） , and the anxiety and depression iinproveinent in the observation group was also better than that in the control group （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Xiaoyao powder and biofeedback has satisfactory results in patients with chronic functional constipation and anxiety and depression, and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
