火龙灸联合穴位贴敷辅助治疗肾病脾肾阳虚型水肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fire Dragon Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Nephropathy Edema with Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

目的观察火龙灸联合穴位贴敷对肾病脾肾阳虚型水肿患者的临床疗效。方法将60例肾病脾肾阳虚型水肿患者按随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规中西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用火龙灸联合穴位贴敷治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察2组水肿程度、24 h尿量、体重等变化。结果观察组水肿程度积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗有效率96.7%,高于对照组有效率60%,差异具有统计学意义。观察组24 h尿量显著大于对照组,体重下降明显(P<0.05)。结论火龙灸联合穴位贴敷对肾病脾肾阳虚型水肿有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire dragon moxibustion combined with acupoint application on nephropathy edema of spleen kidney yang deficiency. Methods 60 cases of nephropathy of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney edema were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used conventional western medicine treaunent. The observation group used fire dragon moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The TCM syndrome quantitative integral and curative effect after 2 courses of treaunent was observed. Results The score of edema degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05） . The effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%, which was higher than 60% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The 24 h urine volume in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the weight loss was significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The combination of fire dragon moxibustion combined with acupoint application has good therapeutic effect on nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency edema.
