中西医结合护理在急性心肌梗死恢复期病人中的应用

The Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Convalescent Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究分析对急性心肌梗死恢复期患者实施中西结合护理的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年8月我院接收的急性心肌梗死恢复期患者42例,均分2组后予以临床护理,对照组使用常规临床护理,研究组则在此基础上实施中西医结合护理,对两种护理效果进行对比。结果研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上使用中西医结合护理方法对急性心肌梗死恢复期患者实施护理,可提高治疗效果,值得予以使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods From June 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital, 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction convalescence were divide into two groups. The two groups received clinical nursing. The control group used conventional clinical nursing, and the study group used combined traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing measures on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Comparing with the control group, the total effective rate in the group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion The clinical application of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing care for patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the therapeutic effect, and is worth using.
