中西医结合护理对腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Abdominal Operation

目的分析接受腹部手术患者采用中西医结合护理对术后胃肠功能紊乱产生的影响。方法随机在2016年1月—2017年6月于我院接受腹部手术治疗的患者中选择30例为研究对象,并依据数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组15例。对照组予以常规西医护理方案实施临床护理,观察组采用中西医结合护理方案实施护理,对比分析2组的护理疗效。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复,首次排便、排气以及进食时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后发生并发症的患者少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术患者采用中西医结合护理,更利于患者术后恢复正常的胃肠功能。

Objective To analyze the influence of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 30 cases of patients received abdominal surgery in our hospital during the period of June 2016 and January 2017 were selected. According to the digital table method, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine western medicine nursing program to carry out clinical nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Results After operation, the first defecation, exhaust and feeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） . The postoperative complications of the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The combination of TCM and Western medicine for patients with abdominal operation is more conducive to normal gastrointestinal function after operation.
