理工类高校“辅导员-班主任-导师制”联合培养模式的探索与研究——以中外合作专业本科生为例 被引量:5

摘要 目前高校的辅导员制度日渐成熟,班主任制度也被用于学生的日常管理,但是在各式各样的中外合作专业迅猛发展的大背景下,传统的本科生培养模式已经不能满足处于特殊管理和要求下的中外合作专业学生。文章结合理工类高校中外合作专业本科生对于导师制的需求调研和普通专业本科生开展导师制的情况反馈,提出了对于中外合作专业本科生建立"辅导员-班主任-导师制"联合培养模式的必要性和重要性。 With the maturity of the counselor system in colleges and universities,the headteacher-managed system is used in the daily management of students,but in the background of the rapid development of a variety of Chinese and foreign cooperating majors,the traditional undergraduate training mode cannot be satisfying for Sino-foreign cooperative professional students when confronted with the special management and requirements.Through the investigation and study,it is found that the introduction of the undergraduate tutorial system will effectively promote the Sino-foreign cooperation in undergraduates' professional education.Based on the questionnaire about the need by the undergraduates majoring in Chinese and foreign cooperation at polytechnic colleges or universities for the tutorial system and the feedback from the tutorial system,the paper proposes for the necessity and importance of establishing the "counselors-teachers-tutorial system" via the joint mode of training professional undergraduates in Chinese-foreign cooperation.
