摘要 该文在教育部提出"创新培养模式,增强实习实践环节,强化师德修养和教学能力训练,提高教师培养质量"要求的基础上,调查师范生师德意识现状,提出师范院校与小初高实习单位"双主体"协同培养师范生师德意识的新理念和新模式。 The Ministry of Education puts forward some requirements of making innovations in "the training mode,strengthening the internship practice,strengthening the ability training of ethics and teaching,and improving the quality of teacher training".On the basis of these requirements,this paper investigates the current situation of teachers' consciousness of professional ethics,and puts forward a new concept and a new model for the cultivation of teachers' professional ethics in the normal university.
