经过40年的改革开放,中国构建了海运强国的框架,海运业实现了由＂瓶颈制约＂到＂基本适应＂的历史性转变。本文将划分四个发展阶段,为您讲述中国海运伴随着祖国改革开放步伐的变迁。

fter 40 years of reform and opening up, China has built the framework of a maritime power, and the shipping industry has achieved a historic transformation from "bottleneck restriction" to basic adaptation. From 1978 to 1990, China underwent great transformation from closed to open, promoting the comprehensive growth of shipping industry. From 1991 to 2000, the reform of shipping industry and market cultivation were accelerated, and "bottleneck restraints" were alleviated. From 2001 to 2010, the transformation towards integrationinto globalization was strengthened to adapt to economic and social development basically. From 2011 to 2018, we have strengthened the new stage and planned to accelerate the formation of a maritime power. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new era, marine power construction also stands at a new starting point. Facing the new situation, new demands and new challenges, we must hold on to the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics advantage and the new round of adjustment of shipping and the historical opportunity of technological change, speed up the formation of Chinese characteristics of marine ecological integration model and thus, further firm the four confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, form shipping development of core ability and promote the maritime big country to the new historic transformation of maritime power.
