膨体联合耳软骨移植在鼻尖成形术美容患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with ear cartilage graft in patients with beauty culture in nasal tip rhinoplasty

目的分析膨体联合耳软骨移植在鼻尖成形术美容患者中的应用效果。方法将2016年6月-2017年5月于我院行鼻尖成形术的88例患者作为研究对象,将其依照随机数表法分为两组,均44例。入选者均行鼻尖成形术,对照组术中采用自体耳软骨移植,观察组采用膨体聚四氟乙烯、耳软骨移植。观察两组并发症发生率及整形效果等。结果治疗前两组鼻尖两顶尖距离、鼻长、鼻尖高度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组鼻尖两顶尖距离(5.98±0.37)mm、鼻长(46.08±4.53)mm、鼻尖高度(22.85±2.03)mm,优于对照组(5.63±0.41)mm、(44.19±4.01)mm、(19.76±1.87)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组并发症发生率(2.27%、6.82%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将膨体、耳软骨移植联合用于鼻尖成形术患者治疗中鼻尖整形效果好,利于提升鼻部外观美观度,术后并发症少。

Objective Objective TObjective To analyze the application effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene（e-PTFE） combined with ear cartilage graft in patients with beauty culture in nasal tip rhinoplasty. Methods 88 patients with nasal tip rhinoplasty in the hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups by random number table, with 44 cases in each group. All selected cases were given nasal tip rhinoplasty. Control group was given auto-ear cartilage graft during surgery, while observation group was given e-PTFE combined with ear cartilage graft. The incidence of complications and plastic effects in two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, the distance between the nasal centers, nasal length, nasal height in two groups were compared, and there was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）; After treatment, the distance between the nasal centers, nasal length, nasal height in observation group [（5.98±0.37）mm,（46.08±4.53）mm,（22.85±2.03）mm] were better than control group [（5.63±0.41）mm,（44.19±4.01）mm,（19.76±1.87）mm]（P〈0.05）; There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between observation group and control group（2.27% vs 6.82%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion e-PTFE combined with ear cartilage graft in patients with beauty culture in nasal tip rhinoplasty has good plastic effects, it can increase the nasal beauty and have less postoperative complications.
