膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体耳软骨在鼻部整形中的效果观察

Effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous ear cartilage on rhinoplasty

目的分析膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体耳软骨在鼻部整形中的疗效。方法将2015年3月至2018年3月间于我院行鼻部整形手术的148例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别应用膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体耳软骨、膨体聚四氟乙烯进行手术。分析两组疗效、外观评分、外观指标以及术后并发症情况。结果观察组的总有效率、外观评分≦3分和≧8分例数、鼻尖高度适中例数、后旋角适中例数、鼻尖宽6-8cm例数、鼻小柱与鼻背夹角适中例数、鼻尖表现点明显例数以及术后的假体下移、鼻部肿胀、慢性感染、发红的发生率相比于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体耳软骨在鼻部整形中的疗效显著,可明显改善外观,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene（e PTFE） combined with autologous ear cartilage in nasal plastic surgery. Methods 148 patients with nasal plastic surgery in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene（PTFE） combined with autologous ear soft was used respectively. Results： the total efficiency of the observation group, the number of cases which are less than score 3 and more than score 8, the moderate number of nasal tip height, the moderate number of posterior rotation angle, the 6-8 cm number of nasal tip width, the nasal columella and nose There were significant differences in the incidence of moderate dorsal angle, obvious nose-tip features and postoperative prosthesis displacement, nasal swelling, chronic infection and redness compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous auricular cartilage is effective in nasal plastic surgery, and can improve the appearance obviously, which is worth popularizing.
