局部皮瓣在面部整形中的应用探讨

Application of Local Flap in Face Reshaping

目的研究在接受面部整形患者的临床处理中,局部皮瓣的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年3月至2017年12月时间段内收治的90例需要接受面部整形的患者为对象,所有患者入院后需要接受局部皮瓣修复治疗,医生根据患者面部创伤的实际情况选择相对应的局部皮瓣,修复其面部破损部位,并且观察患者接受局部皮瓣修复后的整形效果,还要对比患者接受整形前后的心理状态。结果所有患者接受局部皮瓣修复整形之后,皮瓣全部成活,没有患者出现并发症反应,患者的面部整形效果较好,且整形后心理状态得到显著改善。结论针对面部整形患者的修复治疗,应用局部皮瓣进行修复的效果较好,该方案值得在临床中应用。

Objective To study the effect of local flaps in the clinical treatment of patients undergoing facial reshaping. Methods A total of 90 patients who required facial plastic surgery during our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected. All patients were required to receive local flap repair after admission. The actual situation of facial trauma was based on the patient＇s condition. Select the corresponding local flap, repair the damaged part of the face, and observe the plastic effect of the patient after receiving the local flap repair, and compare the patient＇s psychological status before and after receiving plastic surgery. Results After all patients received partial flap repair and reconstruction, all the flaps survived without complications. The patient＇s facial plasticity was better, and the psychological status after plastic surgery was significantly improved. Conclusion For the repair and treatment of patients with facial plastic surgery, the effect of local flap repair is better. This program is worthy of clinical application.
