腮腺美容切口在腮腺肿瘤切除术中应用的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of parotid gland cosmetic incision in parotidectomy

目的探究腮腺肿瘤切除术中应用腮腺美容切口的价值。方法以腮腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,时间为2016年2月-2018年2月,例数为60例,以计算机随机化法分组,其中对照组实施常规S形切口手术治疗,试验组则实施腮腺美容切口治疗,分析两组腮腺肿瘤患者干预结果的差异。结果两组腮腺肿瘤患者的手术用时、手术出血量、手术引流量、拔管时间、住院天数相比,之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组暂时性面瘫、Frey综合征、凹陷畸形等并发症几率均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗总满意率(93.33%)较对照组治疗总满意率(73.33%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腮腺肿瘤切除术中实施腮腺美容切口干预,不仅可取得较好的效果,且可促进患者满意度的提高。

Objective To explore the value of parotid gland cosmetic incision in parotidectomy. Methods The patients of parotid tumor were studied. The time was February 2016-2018 February. The number of cases was 60 cases. The patients were grouped by computer randomization. The control group was treated with conventional S-shaped incision, and the experimental group was treated with parotid cosmetology incision, and the difference of the intervention results of the two groups of parotid tumor patients was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of parotid tumors, such as the operation time, the amount of bleeding, the flow rate, the time of extubation and the days of hospitalization（P〈0.05）. The probability of complications such as temporary facial paralysis, Frey syndrome and deformity in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group（93.33%） was higher than that of the control group（73.33%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Parotid cosmetology incision intervention in parotid tumor resection can not only achieve good results, but also promote the improvement of patients＇ satisfaction, which is of great significance.
