摘要 用低剂量扫描方案进行儿童CT检查已经成为共识,近年来低剂量扫描方案的研究热点集中在迭代重建算法(iterative reconstruction,IR)的应用上,随着IR在儿童CT检查的应用普及,充分了解IR在儿童CT上的应用特点变得愈发重要,因此,本文对IR在儿童CT检查中的应用现状、优缺点、进展工作做一综述报道。 The use of low dose scanning protocol for children CT has become a consensus. In recent years,iterative reconstruction(IR) is a key technique and research focus in the low dose CT. As the development of IR,fully understanding of IR and application in children is becoming more and more important. So,the present situation of application,advantage,disadvantage and the progress for the usage of IR in children CT are reviewed
