摘要
现代化安逸的生活方式和体育运动不足使肥胖严重威胁到当代大学生的身心健康,各种调查研究显示:大学生的身体机能呈现不同程度的下降,而超重和肥胖呈上升趋势。本研究随机抽取120名职业学院学生,按照性别、身体成分和不同运动锻炼内容,采用力量和耐力锻炼进行了为期14周的运动干预。实验表明,肥胖能引起大学生心肺功能的下降,为期14周的运动干预在一定程度上能改善学生身体成分和心肺功能。目前大学体育课程基本能满足学生锻炼需求,如果根据不同性别和身体状况采取不同运动方式,有区别地进行运动干预锻炼效果会更好,尤其是对于肥胖学生有必要在课外增加有针对性的运动干预。
The comfortable modern lifestyle and the lack of sports make obesity seriously threaten the physical and mental health of contemporary college students. Various surveys show that college students' physical function presents different degrees of decline, but overweight and obesity are on the rise. This study randomly selected 120 students from Jiangsu Urban and Rural Construction College, according to gender, body composition and different exercise content, the strength and endurance exercise is adopted to perform the exercise intervention for 14 weeks. The experiment shows that obesity can cause the decline of cardiopulmonary function of college students. The 14-week exercise intervention can improve students' body composition and cardiorespiratory function to a certain extent. At present, the PE course in the college can almost meet the basic needs for students to exercise. If different exercise modes and different exercise interventions are adopted according to different gender and physical condition, the exercise effect will be better, and especially for obese students, it is necessary to increase the targeted extracurricular sports intervention.
