罗尔斯正义论视域下的教育精准扶贫路径研究

罗尔斯正义论中自由平等原则以及机会均等和差别补偿原则的本质是对人基础权益的保障,从而实现社会的正义。显然,契合了教育精准扶贫价值的出发点和幸福诉求的正义特质,保障人的公平的教育权利,使社会更具正义。教育精准扶贫是精准扶贫中斩断"贫穷根源"的措施,国家首先需保障程序正义,即保障每个受教育者的权力平等;其次,要实现教育资源有效配置,保障受教育者机会均等;最后,注重教育扶贫中的差别,不能"一刀切"。通过程序、过程以及结果的精准扶贫,教育才能更具公平。

In Rawls＇ s theory of justice, the essence of the principle of equal liberties, the principle of equal opportunity and the differential compensation principle is the protection of basic human rights, and then the social justice is achieved.Obviously, it fits the starting point of value of education targeted poverty alleviation and the justice of pursuing happiness.At the same time, it protects people＇s fair education rights and makes the society more just. Education targeted poverty alleviation is a measure of cutting off ＂the root cause of poverty＂ in targeted poverty alleviation. Firstly, the state needs to protect the procedural justice, which is to guarantee the equality of power for every educated person. Secondly, we must achieve effective allocation of educational resources and ensure equal opportunities for educated person. Finally, we should focus on the differences in education for poverty alleviation, not ＂one size fits all＂. Education can be more equitable through targeted poverty alleviation of procedures, processes and outcomes.
