高职院校新生班主任助理队伍建设研究——以浙江旅游职业学院为例

Study on the Team Construction of Headteacher's Assistant of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Zhejiang Tourism Vocational College as an example

新生班主任助理队伍是高校开展学生思想政治教育的一支重要力量。然而,高职院校班主任助理队伍建设仍存在一些不规范、不系统、不科学的问题,影响学校学生工作的深入创新和开展。文章通过对浙江旅游职院2016级新生班主任助理队伍问卷调查和深度访谈,采用SPSS统计分析法,描述性分析了该院2016级新生班主任助理队伍的基本情况、取得的主要成绩和遇到的各类问题,并探讨了建设符合该院发展特点和学生特色的新生班主任助理队伍的新路径。

The team of the headteacher＇s assistant of freshmen is an important force in carrying out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The assistant of the headteacher has played an important role in the military training of freshmen, mental health education, and class construction in our school. However, there are still some non-standard, unsystematic and unscientific problems in the construction of headteacher＇s assistant in our college, affecting in-depth innovation and development of student work in our college. Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the headteacher＇s assistant team of 2016 freshmen, this paper uses the SPSS statistical analysis method to describe the basic situation, the main achievements and the problems encountered. A new path is explored to build a team of headteacher＇s assistant of freshmen, which meets the development characteristics and student characteristics of Zhejiang Tourism Vocational College.
