摘要
自主创新性实验的开展能很好地解决实验教学培养学生时重验证、轻创造的问题,有效增强学生的动手能力、创新能力和综合能力,调动学生学习的积极性,激发学习的自主性。利用已经具备的知识,完全自主地进行探索,将多学科知识融合,多实验技能组合,打破学科界限,在探索中使所学习知识进一步深化,提高实验的水平和层次。自主性实验在临床微生物学检验学中的开展能完整的训练学生科研的基本流程,利用实验锻炼动手能力,参与实验,开阔视野,激发兴趣与创造力。
