摘要 针对理工科大学毕业生难以适应生产企业的严格管理这一问题,以"微生物学"的实验教学为对象,参照企业的管理理念和方式,从开展"岗前培训"、建立学生管理组织、制定操作与行为规范、制定奖惩措施、执行监督管理等方面,开展以学生为主体的实验教学管理,强化学生的安全意识、责任意识、规范意识、团结协作精神。实践表明,毕业生的综合职业素养得到了加强,企业对毕业生的认可度也得以提高。因此,高校教师应重视对学生综合职业素养的培养,并利用一切机会开展相关的教学改革。 In order to solve the problem of science and engineering university graduates being difficult to adapt to the productive enterprises' strict management, taken the experimental teaching of food mi- crobiology as the object, referred to the management concept and way of the enterprises, from several aspects of: the implementation of "pre-job" training the establishment of the student management organization, the formulation of rules and regulations, the development of incentive measures, and the ways to strengthen supervision and management, to conduct student-centered experimental teaching management, thus, the students' sat-ty awareness, sense of responsibility, normative consciousness and collaboration spirit were strengthened. Practice showed that, comprehensive professional quality of graduates had been strengthened, recognition of graduates by the companies also had been improved. Therefore, university teachers shouht emphasis on students' comprehensive professional quality, and use every opportunity to carry out relevant teaching reforms.
