摘要
经济社会发展对高等教育人才培养提出了更高的要求,在顺应高校转型发展的潮流之下,独立学院应立足于应用型人才培养定位,不断完善实践教学体系,培养出具有创新精神和实践能力相结合的高素质应用型人才。以福建农林大学金山学院为例,对实践教学体系构建进行了思考与探索,并阐述了应用型人才培养理念下实践教学体系的内涵、特点及保障措施。
The economic and social development in China has resulted in higher requirements for tal- ent development in higher education. Following the trend of higher education transformation and devel- opment, independent colleges shouht stick to the positioning of application-oriented talent development and continue improving practical teaching system, in order to develop high-quality and application-o- riented talents with both spirit of innovation and practical ability. This paper takes Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, explores the construction of practical teaching system, and elaborates the meaning, characteristics and assurance measures of practical teaching system based on the concept of developing application-oriented talents.
