摘要
基于基础有机化学实验操作,在教师给定实验流程的前提下,由学生检索并设计具体实验步骤,从甲苯出发,经氧化、氯代、酰基化、缩合等一系列传统反应的实验综合实践入手,实现了金属钐促进合成茚衍生物。对实验教学的结果进行了考察、分析。该给定模式的综合型开放实验,初级整合了有机化学从理论到实践的衔接,是虚拟仿真实验建设的前期模拟训练。
Based upon the basic conditions of organic experimental operations and through the given general instructions by teachers, experimental details were retrieved and designed, including the oxida- tion of toluene, the preparation of benzoyl chloride from benzoic acid, Friedel- Crafts reaction and Knoevenagel condensation. Finally, an indene core was synthesized by samarium metal. The experimental teaching results were analyzed and concluded. This comprehensive designing organic experimen- tal teaching is a very effective mean to integrate basic theories with various experimental skills, and is the preliminary simulation training of virtual simulation experiment construction.
