大型仪器开放共享平台管理模式的探讨

Discussion on the opening and sharing platform management mode of large-scale instruments

结合四川大学皮革化学与工程教育部重点实验室的管理经验,分析了大型仪器开放共享平台的现状及存在的问题,建立了大型仪器开放共享平台管理模式,包括管理制度,预约登记制度,完善的评价体系,有偿使用机制,专项基金制度五大内容。为加强大型仪器开放共享平台的管理,提高大型仪器的使用效率,提出了采取加强采购论证,建立标准化实验室和严格的培训制度,加强大型仪器实验技术队伍建设,加强产学研合作模式的措施和方法。

The current situation and the main problems existing among the opening and sharing plat- form of large-scale instruments have been analyzed. According to the practical experience in the key Laboratory of Leather Chemistry and Engineering of Ministry of Education, its particular opening and sharing platform management model of large-scale instruments is constructed, including the construction of large-scale instruments management system, reservation registration system, perfect evaluation system, paid use mechanism, special fund system. Some valuable suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the procurement argument, establishing the standardized laboratory and the strict training system, strengthening the construction of largescale instruments experimental technical team, strengthening the industry-university cooperation mode, in order to enhance the management of the o- pening and sharing platform, and improve their utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments.
