高校实验室在高校人才培养中占有举足轻重的地位,对提升人才培养质量、促进学科与科技水平发展具有重要意义。实验室发展的关键在于良好管理体系的有效运行,随着社会经济的发展以及各项新研究理念与技术的出现,针对目前农业院校实验室管理的现状,探讨了实验室管理中的重点问题。通过人文化和规范化的管理,不断推进信息化建设,提升了管理部门工作效率和工作质量,提高了实验室管理工作水平。

University laboratory occupies a pivotal position in the cultivation of talents. And university laboratory is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the development of disciplines and science and technology. The key to the development of the laboratory is the effective operation of the good management system. With the development of social economy and the emergence of new research ideas and technology, the present situation of laboratory： management in higher agricultural universities is analyzed. This paper explores the key issues in laboratory management. Based on the management of human culture and standardization, the information construction is pushed forward, the efficiency and quality of the management department are improved, and the labo- ratory management is improved.
