摘要
针对威远地区页岩气水平井的地质条件、压裂工艺、测试数据及生产数据进行分析,模拟压后裂缝形态及改造体积。选取2口水平井,分别采用"低黏滑溜水段塞式加砂"工艺和"低黏滑溜水+交联胶连续加砂"工艺,二者测试产量基本相当,但单井返排率、累计产量及最终可采储量相差较大。采用"低黏滑溜水段塞式加砂"工艺的水平井,压后裂缝形态更为复杂,改造体积更大,压裂效果更佳。
Based on the analysis of geological condition,fracturing technology,test and production data of two shale gas horizontal wells in Weiyuan area,fracture morphology and stimulation volume after fracturing are obtained by simulation. The results show that compared to the well which used "low viscosity of slick water + sand fracturing by gel continuously"pattern,the test production of the other well that used "sand slug with low viscosity slick water"pattern is nearly the same,but the well flow back rate,cumulative production and predict EUR have a large difference. The fracturing pattern of "sand slug with low viscosity slick water"has more complicated fracture morphology and larger stimulation volume,with better fracture effect.
