中海油钻井在线实时监测与决策系统建设 被引量:2

摘要 针对海上钻完井作业风险高、非生产时间长、安全事故频发等问题,中海油将现代信息技术与钻完井工程紧密结合,以海上钻完井作业参数为基础,采用远程数据在线实时传输技术、钻完井作业动态模拟与诊断技术及事故处理决策技术相结合的方式,研发建成了钻井在线实时监测与决策系统。现场应用结果表明:该系统实现了钻井作业实时监测、诊断与辅助决策,使海上钻井复杂事故总体下降了约20%,提高了作业效率,降低了钻完作业成本。 To solve the difficult problems of high risk,long non production time( NPT) and frequent accidents in offshore drilling operation,based on the offshore drilling and completion operation parameters,the drilling online real time monitoring and decision system of CNOOC is set up by integrating the remote data online real-time transmission technology,the dynamic drilling and completion simulation and diagnosis technology and the decision technology of accident treatment together. The field application results of more than 300 wells show that the system realizes the real-time monitoring,diagnosis and auxiliary decision-making of drilling operation,which reduces the overall drilling complexity by 20%,improves the operation efficiency and reduces the cost of drilling operation.
