新能源汽车补贴退坡政策思考 被引量:2

摘要 当前我国新能源汽车推广过程中的补贴退坡政策存在如下三个关键问题:(1)补贴退坡率过大;(2)补贴政策执行缺乏稳定性;(3)补贴政策的产业发展导向性不足。为此,新能源汽车补贴政策制定需要科学决策,应该通过加大重大项目立项来调动核心科研力量,建立科学、定量模型,深入研究补贴决策问题。进而,提出补贴政策优化和调整的具体措施,同时在执行过程中要尽量保持补贴政策的稳定性和连续性。
