In the new era,the Youth League work in enterprise should positively adapt to the new tasks of its development,probe into new thoughts,new method and new carrier for Youth League work,and actively promote Youth League work＂supply-side reform＂.We should start from strengthening vitality in primary organization,attaching importance to problem-orientation and youth demand-orientation,probe into＂supply-side reform＂for Youth League work,make an effort to establish effective platform for serving enterprise and youth as well,and construct long-term effective mechanism for Youth League work.
