龙血竭喷雾膜剂制备工艺的研究

Study on preparation of the Resina Draconis Film-forming Spray

目的以龙血竭为主药,制备一种具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛等功效的新型剂型,为临床用药提供新的用药选择。方法以成膜性、均匀性、成膜时间为考察指标,采用单因素实验和正交实验方法筛选龙血竭喷雾膜剂的辅料及组成。结果龙血竭喷雾膜剂最优的处方为:4.0%龙血竭药粉用量,4.0%聚维酮K30、0.1%羟丙甲纤维素为成膜材料,75%乙醇适量。结论龙血竭喷雾膜剂的制备工艺稳定,方法简单,制备的产品符合规定。

Objective To prepare a new formulation which can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieve swelling and pain using Resina Draconis as the main ingredient. Methods The single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment were carried out to screen the ingredient and composition of a new Resina Draconis Film-forming Spray, taking the film-forming ability, homogeneity and time into account. Results The optimal formula for Resina Draconis Film-forming Spray was as follows： 4.0% Resina Draconis powder, 4.0% povidone K30 and 0.1% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose（HPMC） for film-forming material, and 75% ethanol, appropriate amount. Conclusion The technique for preparing Resina Draconis Film-forming Spray is simple and stable, and the prepared products meet relevant standards.
