品管圈活动提高泌尿造口护理水平的效果分析

Analysis of effect of quality control circle activities on improving nursing level of urostomy

目的探讨品管圈QCC活动提高泌尿造口护理水平的效果。方法选取我院2016年3月~2017年2月收治的60例泌尿造口患者作为研究对象,将其依据信封式随机分组为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上行QCC活动干预,并将两组经相应护理方案干预的护理管理评分、护理满意度评分、并发症发生率及生活质量各项情况进行比较。结果研究组护理干预后的护理管理评分为(90.52±8.13)分,护理满意度评分为(90.97±8.25)分,高于对照组护理管理评分(77.87±7.50)分,护理满意度评分(78.30±7.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组躯体功能为(89.63±7.97)分、心理功能为(85.21±8.92)分、社会功能为(80.25±6.66)分、物质生活为(88.14±7.05)分,均高于对照组躯体功能的(70.25±6.90)分、心理功能的(71.11±6.44)分、社会功能的(70.97±6.87)分、物质生活的(71.97±6.55)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QCC护理方案干预可提高泌尿造口护理水平的效果,可提高护理管理质量,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle （QCC） activities on improving the nursing level ofurostomy. Methods Altogether 60 cases of patients who underwent urostomy in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into the control group （30 cases） and thestudy group （30 cases）. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention; while, the study group wastreated with QCC activity on the basis of the control group. The nursing management scores, patients＇ nursing satisfaction scores, complications and quality of life were compared between two groups of patients after relevant nursing intervention. Results The nursing management score and patients＇ nursing satisfaction scores of the study group were（90.52±8.13） score and （90.97±8.25） score, higher than those of the control group （[77.87±7.50] score, [78.30±7.05] score）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） The incidence of complications of the study group was 3.33%,lower than that of the control group （23.33%）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） The physical functioning, psychological function, social function and material life were （89.63±7.97）, （85.21±8.92）, （80.25±6.66） and（88.14±7.05） score, higher than those of the control group of （70.25±6.90）, （71.11±7.97）, （70.97±6.87） and （71.97±6.55）score, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of QCC activities demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in improvement of the nursing level of urostomy, which can improve the quality of nursing management and quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
