优质护理在宫颈柱状上皮异位患者微波治疗中的应用及满意度评价

Application of high quality care in patients with cervical erosion under-going microwave treatment and evaluation on its satisfaction

目的评价宫颈柱状上皮异位患者微波治疗中应用优质护理的效果。方法选取我院2016年3月~2017年7月收治的79例应用微波治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位患者按照摸球法分组,对照组35例采取常规护理,观察组44例采取优质护理;对比两组的护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果观察组的护理总满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组躯体功能为(22.5±2.1)分、心理功能为(22.4±1.2)分、物质功能为(21.6±1.7)分、社会功能为(22.7±1.1)分,对照组躯体功能(21.3±1.8)分、心理功能(20.8±1.4)分、物质功能(19.9±1.8)分、社会功能(21.2±1.4)分,观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈柱状上皮异位患者采取微波治疗中应用优质护理干预,可以提高患者的护理满意度以及生活质量,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing in the microwave treatment of patients with cervical erosion. Methods Seventy-nine patients with cervical erosion treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled. They were divided into different groups according to the method of grasping balls. Conventional nursing was used in control group（n=35）, and high quality nursing was adopted in observation group（n=44）. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were control compared between two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.73%, and 82.86% in the control group. The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of somatic function, psychological function, material function, and social function in the observation group were（22.5±2.1） points,（22.4±1.2） points,（21.6±1.7） points, and（22.7±1.1） points accordingly, while in the control group were（21.3±1.8） points,（20.8±1.4） points,（19.9±1.8） points, and（21.2±1.4） points.The scores of these four indexes in the observation group were all higher compared to those in the control group with significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with cervical erosion, the use of high-quality nursing as an intervention besides microwave therapy can improve patient′s care satisfaction and quality of life, and has an important application value.
