常州市武进区实验小学在做好科学、合理的顶层设计的基础上,从重构集团办学机制、创新文化设计和革新育人模式三个方面展开了集团化办学的探索和实践,使教育集团在抱团中成长,在成长中创新,在创新中绽放,以共识、共生、共融的视野和胸怀,走向"集成",让教育更加美好。

On the basis of scientific and reasonable top-level designing, our school reconstructs grouped school running mechanism, creates cultural designing, and innovates the model of education so that educational groups can grow- up together, create in growth, and bloom in creation. Meanwhile, we walk up to the group success with the vision and mind of common sense, survival and integration, making education more beautiful than ever.
