摘要
面对区域教育的快速发展,南京市雨花台区的教学研究深入梳理、把脉区域新样态,并针对现状科学确立了区域教研的新定位,且在实践中创生了整合式、问题解决式、评价导向式等教研新方式,有力地推进了深度教研。在具体工作中,扎实推进在教学中研究的改革实践,在研究管理中谋求教研基于教师专业成长需要,使得区域教研内容由"感觉型"向"证据型"转变,教研形式由"传达型"向"创生型"发展。
Facing the rapid development of regional education, our district deeply untangles and interprets the regional new- patterns to scientifically establish the new- position of regional teaching research. In practice we have created the new styles of teaching research such as integration, problem-solving and evaluation orientation, powerfully promoting deep teaching research. In daily practice, we have steadily pushed forward the reform of research in teaching, and attempted to satisfy the needs of teacher's growth in the administration so that we have changed the contents of regional teaching research from perception to evidence, and the styles of teaching research from transmission to creation.
