本文首先对高校党建工作的重要性进行了分析,其次对高校党建工作在学校文化建设中的现状进行了分析,然后对高校党建工作在学校文化建设中的常见问题进行了分析,最后对如何发挥党建工作在高校文化建设中的作用进行了探讨,希望可以为后者提供一定的借鉴意义。

This paper first analyzes the importance of party construction in colleges and universities; second,the status quo of the party construction work in the school culture construction in colleges and universities is analyzed; then the common problems of the party construction work in the school culture construction in colleges and universities are analyzed; finally,how to play the role of party construction in university culture construction is discussed in this paper,hoping that it is of certain referencial significance for the latter.
