摘要
高等学校教务管理工作与高校教学运行状况有密切关系,特别是高校基层教务管理人员的工作状态更是影响高校教育质量的重要因素,近年来随着高校跨越式发展,高校基层教务工作人员的职业倦怠情况越来越严重。本文通过梳理分析高校基层教务人员的职业倦怠的产生原因,提出相应的调整策略。
Higher educational administration work has close relationship with the teaching status,especially the working state of the basic educational administration personnel in colleges and universities are important factors affecting the quality of education in colleges and universities. As the leap-forward development of colleges and universities in recent years,the situation of college grassroots academic staff job burnout has become more and more serious. This paper analyzes the causes of the job burnout of grassroots academic staff and puts forward some relevant strategies for adjustment.
