Teaching skills are an important factor influencing the quality of education. The use of teaching skills by teachers in normal colleges and universities not only promotes teaching,but also produces demonstration-oriented effects. It is of great significance to improve teachers＇ teaching skills in normal colleges and universities. The article studies the types of teaching skills and the problems teachers have in teaching skills. The purpose is to propose strategies that can effectively improve teachers＇ teaching skills in these colleges and universities.
